STEP 1: Planning

- Select the model closest to your desires from our collection.
What we do :
Our team studies your project and will quickly give you a report, as well as a budget estimate.
STEP 2: Designing
What you do :
- You meet our partners architects, builders, you present the land to him.
What we do :
- We take care of your expectations as well as the specifics of your project.
- We draw with you the plans on the basis of models from our collection or on the basis of your plans.
- We finalize all volumes, finishing materials, furniture if necessary… while monitoring the budget estimate in real time.
- We prepare all the elements and file the building permit.
We carry out the thermal study in order to define the heating and cooling needs. - We carry out the structural study in order to calculate and size the project.
- We are finalizing the global offer with all of the lots: earthworks, masonry, assembly, electricity, plumbing, exteriors…
STEP 3: Site Preparation
What you do :
- You validate and sign the quotes.
- You sign the payment delegation document.
What we do :
- We prepare the ground (connection to services, networks, earthworks, foundations).
- We carry out the implementation plans for your project.
- We are organizing a launch review.
- We manufacture the whole building in a partner factory.
- We deliver and install the materials ready to assemble on site 6 to 8 weeks upon receipt of the first deposit.
STEP 4: Construction
What we do :
- We deliver and assemble the modular manufacturing framework, perform seals, interior and exterior finishes.
